Women's Only

Ages 13 and older


Women’s only classes are taught by women. We understand sometimes women are more comfortable in this environment. We teach the same karate curriculum as the ninja program but we also add in strength conditioning to help our students get more power in their techniques. These classes are designed for those who want to learn karate while pushing themselves physically.

Monday Class

The women's fitness is all about teaching women to push themselves physically. This class is different from the Thursday and Saturday classes because we focus on fitness more than karate. Monday's class uses weights, jump rope and other equipment to build up our endurance and strength.

This class is designed for those women who want to really love or want to work out and who also want to learn karate and how to defend themselves.

Thursday class

This class is focused on karate and ranking. As with our ninja program, we focus on teaching a step up curriculum. A step up curriculum is based on teaching the basics first then showing the harder versions or teaching more complicated techniques as they advance to higher belts.

Saturday class

This class is focused on karate and ranking with 10 minutes of fitness and coordination exercise near the end of class. The coordination and fitness are designed with the purpose of helping develop the karate techniques and balance. As with our ninja program, we focus on teaching a step up curriculum. A step up curriculum is based on teaching the basics first then showing the harder versions or teaching more complicated techniques as they advance to higher belts.

Monday 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Thursday 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Saturday 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
